A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o do TCU apura a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de 30 colaboradores que supostamente n\u00e3o comparecem ao trabalho. O presidente da Embratur, <strong>Marcelo Freixo<\/strong>, informou que cinco funcion\u00e1rios foram demitidos por n\u00e3o atenderem aos crit\u00e9rios de desempenho exigidos.<\/p>\n<p>O of\u00edcio enviado ao TCU, assinado por Freixo, detalha que as demiss\u00f5es ocorreram devido \u00e0 <strong>insufici\u00eancia nos relat\u00f3rios de desempenho<\/strong>. Entre os demitidos est\u00e3o duas funcion\u00e1rias ligadas ao ministro do Turismo, <strong>Celso Sabino<\/strong>, que admitiu que as indica\u00e7\u00f5es eram do seu partido, o Uni\u00e3o Brasil. Freixo reafirmou que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 contrata\u00e7\u00f5es irregulares na Embratur, destacando a ado\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>teletrabalho<\/strong> para otimizar as atividades da ag\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>Atualmente, a Embratur conta com <strong>154 funcion\u00e1rios<\/strong> em regime presencial, <strong>26<\/strong> em teletrabalho e <strong>46<\/strong> em regime h\u00edbrido. Um relat\u00f3rio do TCU apontou irregularidades que poderiam violar princ\u00edpios da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, como legalidade e efici\u00eancia, mencionando que alguns colaboradores n\u00e3o falam idiomas estrangeiros e n\u00e3o t\u00eam fun\u00e7\u00f5es claras na ag\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>Para melhorar a gest\u00e3o do teletrabalho, a Embratur desenvolveu um <strong>aplicativo de controle de ponto<\/strong> com geolocaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e biometria facial, implementado em dezembro do ano passado. Essa medida foi uma resposta \u00e0s den\u00fancias de funcion\u00e1rios fantasmas recebidas pelo TCU e pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Federal (MPF).
